How it works
Four parts work together: the venue sets up, customers join, staff run the queue and an optional TV shows who is next.
1. The venue sets up
The owner signs up with a phone number, creates a venue and picks a template for the type of business. Queues, services and wording are filled in, and you can change any of it. Then print the QR stand or poster.
2. Customers join
- Scan the QR code or open the short link
- Pick a service or enter party size if the venue asks for it
- Get a ticket number and see how many people are ahead
- Receive an alert when their turn is near

3. Staff run the queue
- Open the staff app on a phone or tablet
- Call the next ticket when a place is free
- Add a walk-in who has no phone, or skip someone who does not show up
- Mark the queue open, paused or closed so customers see the right message

4. The TV display (optional)
Open the display address on any TV or screen with a web browser. It shows the numbers being called and how many are waiting. Names are not shown unless the owner turns that on.

Private by default
Customers do not need an account. A name and a phone number are optional. Alerts use the ticket number unless the owner chooses to show names.
See it on your own phone
Open the demo queue as a customer would, or create an account and set up your first queue.
